Returns & Warranty Policy
Most unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Defective, damaged, or missing-part items must be reported within 7 days. Items must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Defective NEW products from the following manufacturers must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement:
Kato, Bachmann US, Atlas
Incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 7 days. For shipping damage, please retain the original box and packaging for the shipping claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the incorrect item.
