The headliner of GEs 1993 freight locomotive line was the 6 motor, 4400hp C44-9W Dash 9.
This devious diesel was slightly longer than its predecessors at 73 feet, 2 inches. The C44-9W used a new HiAd, bolster less low-weight truck that was designed for better grip on the rails no matter the weather. A split cooling system lowered engine temperatures and fuel consumption as well, granting these locomotives a longer operation life and lower overhead costs.

Defective, damaged, or missing-part items must be reported within 7 days. Items must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Defective NEW products from the following manufacturers must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement:

Incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 7 days. For shipping damage, please retain the original box and packaging for the shipping claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the incorrect item.
